Contractor Numbers is a decision-support product. It helps contractors put business questions into numbers; it does not replace professional judgment or company-specific financial records.

Calculator outputs, benchmarks, recommendations, articles, and business-profile insights are estimates and educational decision aids. They are not accounting, tax, legal, insurance, payroll, investment, employment, or other licensed professional advice.
Before making a significant financial, hiring, pricing, advertising, or operational decision, validate the result using your actual company records and, when appropriate, a qualified professional.
Inputs and assumptions matter
Results depend on the numbers entered and the assumptions used. Contractor Numbers may provide visible starting assumptions when a contractor does not yet know a number. Those assumptions are planning estimates and may not match your business or market.
Your own verified company data should take priority over a Contractor Numbers estimate. Location-based starting values are not promises that every contractor in a ZIP code has the same wage, cost, ticket, conversion rate, or pricing environment.

Third-party information and integrations
Contractor Numbers may use public data, third-party reference information, and optional integrations. Third-party services can change their pricing, rules, APIs, or data without notice. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or accuracy.
Google Local Services Ads examples are planning estimates. Actual Google billing and lead validity are determined by Google's current policies and the facts of each lead.
Use of the service
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated traffic in a way that harms the product or other users.
We may modify, suspend, add, or remove features as Contractor Numbers develops. Early-stage and beta features may change more frequently.
No guaranteed outcome
Contractor Numbers does not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, hiring success, lead recovery, advertising performance, pricing outcomes, or any other business result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of guaranteed accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular business decision.
You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for maintaining accurate business records.
